A high-frequency welding machine produces a high-frequency electromagnetic field via an electron tube self-excited oscillator. Under this field, the processed materials generate heat through internal molecular friction, leading to melting.
The molten material then forms weld points or embossing between the upper and lower electrodes, with pressure applied by a mold.
Notably, the machine typically includes a spark protection device. This device automatically safeguards the oscillator tube and rectifier when overcurrent or overload is detected.

The Hanswend Twin‑Head Series is a versatile HIGH FREQUENCY WELDING MACHINE featuring two independent welding heads that can operate alternately or simultaneously. Operating at 27.12 MHz with power options from 5 kW to 12 kW, this HF WELDING MACHINE allows operators to set different welding parameters for each head, making it ideal for factories processing multiple product types on a single machine.

Unlike single‑head machines, the twin‑head design enables continuous production—while one head is welding, the operator can load/unload materials on the other station, significantly reducing idle time and boosting throughput.
