HSD-SL
The high-frequency welding process operates on the principle where an electron tube self-oscillating circuit generates a high-frequency electromagnetic field. The material to be processed is placed between upper and lower electrodes, which apply this electromagnetic field. Under its influence, the internal molecules of the material are excited into rapid motion, generating heat through friction. This results in melting, allowing welding or embossing to be achieved under mold pressure.

Hansweld HSD-SL Automatic Slide Table High Frequency Welding Machine – Dual-Station HIGH FREQUENCY WELDING MACHINE for Continuous Production

The Hanswend HSD-SL is a highly efficient HIGH FREQUENCY WELDING MACHINE designed with a dual-station automatic slide table. Operating at 27.12 MHz with power options from 5 kW to 35 kW, this HF WELDING MACHINE allows operators to load/unload materials on one station while welding takes place on the other, maximizing productivity and minimizing downtime. The precision motor-driven slide table ensures accurate, repeatable positioning for consistent weld quality.

The HSD-SL is a pure welding machine without cutting functionality, making it ideal for applications requiring strong, airtight, and watertight seals. It performs excellently for TPU WELDING as well as PVC, EVA, PET, and PU materials. Typical applications include:

  • Blister packaging: double-sided blister clamshell sealing, blister-card heat sealing for electronics (USB drives, batteries, toothbrushes, power banks), cosmetics packaging, and stationery blister packs
