The Hanswend HSD-SLH is a heavy‑duty HIGH FREQUENCY WELDING MACHINE engineered for simultaneous welding and trimming (cutting). Unlike standard HF WELDING MACHINE which only seals materials, this HF WELDING AND CUTTING MACHINE adopts a two‑stage pressure system—first high‑frequency welding, then a high‑pressure hydraulic boost to complete the cutting in one operation. This"one‑step molding"process eliminates secondary trimming, saves labor, and ensures clean, burr‑free cut edges with consistent product quality.

Operating at 27.12 MHz with power options from 5 kW to 12 kW and maximum cutting pressure up to 45T, the HSD‑SHL features a dual‑station automatic slide table that allows operators to load/unload on one station while welding/cutting proceeds on the other, maximizing productivity. Equipped with NL‑5557 spark protection system, high‑frequency shielding, and CE certification.
